Opening problem: Custom art commissions became tense when payment timing, revisions, and progress were unclear.

Design resolution: I used milestone payments and visible project status to make expectations clear before conflict starts.

Design resolution: I designed a follow-up dashboard that turns fragmented records into a prioritizable care workflow.

The Kindness Quest

Opening problem: Hate-crime awareness was too serious and abstract for children when presented through adult language.

Design resolution: We turned the lesson into a narrative quest with interaction and data visualization for children, youth, and future generations.
